It is perfect fir my puzzles and I love it!The stackable trays are a must have for any puzzle addict. I use mine daily, and bought these for a friend who Also loves to do puzzles. She wonders how she ever managed without themI had problems with pieces dropping to the floor and if I didn't see them right away my Yorkie stole the pieces. This would remain unknown until I finished puzzle. Frustrating! No droppage since I utilized the trays and the sorting makes putting the puzzle together easier. Trays will stick together unless stacked at angles while in use. To store you can fit together and put the top on in case you have cats. I don't but friends that do complain that the cats get into puzzles pieces left loose.I loved how the boxes stacked and their size (large size). They were very sturdy and easy to handle and store.So nice I purchased another set for a gift.Very sturdy, lightweight, just the right size for a 1000 piece colorful puzzle.I like doing puzzles--but it was always hard finding places to put colors, sizes, etc. Now when I do a puzzle, I have these trays-they are not too small not big. Perfect size to keep certain pieces. A MUST if you do puzzles!Makes it easier to work a jigsaw puzzle, sorting pieces, bringing them closer, saving space.I feel like this is just what I needed. I am working on a 1,000 piece ravensburger brand right now and it’s perfect. I understand some people want larger bins but these are very easy to hold in your hands and move around without the bulkiness of the bigger sorters. I can sort through these just fine and fill them up high and find what I need. Some people prefer white or black to see the pieces better , but I prefer the colors because it’s very easy for me to reach over the stack and know the color group I am looking for. The only thing that they can improve on is possibly making it eight trays because I could use a couple more , but I can always buy another set.Ok does the job sorting out puzzle piecesVery useful trays for sorting but not quite big enough for larger 1000 piece jigsawsGood trays but far too small so for 1000 pieces so were returned.To smallStudy plastic, but have a tight fit when stacked. If you stack them when full, pulling them apart can send you pieces flying if you aren't careful. I like to put the puzzle away when not working on it and hoped that these would help with puzzles with more than 500 pieces. They will, you just need to be careful and prepared to turn all your pieces over again as they will be disturbed when separating the containers.
