Nothing is wrong with the tray, but it is smaller than I would have liked- which is my own fault. It comes with an ice scoop, a tray cover, and makes perfectly square ice cubes but I wish it was bigger to hold more at a time.I like it but, It was smaller than I expected.Works as described.Perfect size for ice storage, but I really wish that the ice cube tray was easier to twist/remove the ice. I end up twisting it, then banging the tray upside down to remove ice. Not ideal. Would also like to see the lid fit tightly or secure, it just kind of floats on top of the ice cube tray. (Bonus: if you could remove the ice cube tray altogether and have the lid secure to the storage bin). I’m still happy I made this purchase, but would recommend others shop around first in case there are better, more versatile products out there.Wish that the lid closedSo I was originally looking for just a plain ice container to put our ice cubes in due to always needing ice cubes and the trays either be partially empty, due to my kids not refilling it, or it not be completely frozen yet. So I figured having a container will help me keep it filled without having to wait. So naturally I went online and I came across this. I liked the idea of it having a tray that sits perfectly on top of the container. Not only that but it also has a lid to prevent spillage while the tray is filled with water and it even comes with a scoop. My only issue that I have is the ice cube in the middle always seem to get stuck. I don't know if I'm pressing in the right spots but I am able to eventually get them out with enough pressure. It's pretty durable plastic so I'm not too concern on it cracking but who knows over time and with enough use that could happen. Even though the ice cubes are smaller then what I'm normally used to its a trade off because it will work perfectly when I use with my Ninja bullet. Overall it's a product that I was looking for, that came with extras at a decent price.It’s small and that’s my bad because they listed the dimensions but it really doesn’t hold much ice. Plus, the scoop looks like it came from a toy kitchen. It’s probably perfect for a dorm room fridge though.The lid just sits there, it doesn’t snap on or stay secure.I don’t use the ice tray, I bought it to store extra ice from my ice maker.Tray too rigid. Hard to remove ice cubes.I would have given it zero stars. The ice cube tray lids don't fit tightly. There is no lid for the ice bucket portion. Probably could find something better at the Dollar Store. Would NOT recommend at all.It is a really good size sits neatly in freezer
