I order this a bit larger than I needed but I am stillhappy with the purchase as the product is made very well. I am going to add large river rocks to fill in the extra space and make it look more appealing. The deep tray will insure that no water will escape onto my hardwood floors. The felt pad that it comes with also protects the floor from possible scrapes when moving the plant to clean. Very happy with this product. Shipping was fast and free.This is the perfect product to bring those large potted plant inside for the winter. We needed something that would protect our floors and also give plenty of space for any water that comes thru the pot. I love the protective pad that you place under the saucer to protect the floors.....this was the only one I saw with that extra touch. Garden Hour was a very good choice for buying this. I like that they are a small family owned business.I had purchased a large pot for an overgrown houseplant, but couldn't find a saucer locally to catch any overflow. This one is perfect and allows enough room for drainage of the pot. It was pricey but I'm sure will serve my purpose.I have a large indoor calamondin orange tree. I noticed recently that its need for greater watering has caused damage to my wood floor This deep saucer is the perfect solution. Thank you for getting it to me so promptly!I have a ginormous aloe plant that had been living outside but I need to bring in- but has a drainage hole in the bottom. Plastic pans would crack and be rendered useless- this was perfect and you don’t have worry about it braking under the weight! It was a little pricey- but worth saving your hardwoods but splurging for this heavy duty style.I have 8 of these saucers. I live in South Fl. There is a wet season & a dry season. During wet season I use these as rain covers for my grow bags in my shade house. During dry season I place my 20 gal. grow bags in these saucers on top of pebbles to catch watering run off to conserve water. These are great for large indoor plants also. It is hard to find saucers this size that are sturdy. Worth every penny for my needs when bought in the 2 packs.I wanted to bring my patio plants indoors for the winter and needed to ensure the protection of our hard wood floors. The combination of floor mat and saucer is a perfect way to ensure protection of both the floor and the plants.Perfect size for some ferns needing to come inside for the Winter! Very rugged and will definitely hold up over time. Will absolutely buy again!I had to buy a couple of these bottoms for my large pots that are 15” so I could use them inside my home. I had to repot my palm and have to repot some other large plants and these fit the bill for what I was looking for.I am so glad that I purchased these and love that they also have a felt mat to go underneath the saucer as well. This is great added protection for my floors.They are very sturdy and easy to move around. I would suggest placing the saucer on top of the felt before placing the pot inside. It will make things much easier. I didn’t do this and had to balance the pot with plant and full of dirt inside with the saucer very painfully to place it upon the felt after the fact.I would definitely recommend these and will most likely be ordering a couple more for my other pots I have.This is a nice sturdy saucer with an extra-wide diameter suitable for very large pots. I used it for a 7 foot bird of paradise in a very large pot and I needed a saucer wide enough to give some extra room at the bottom for drainage. As a bonus it also comes with a nice felt mat to put underneath as floor protection. I recommend this saucer - I would buy again. Tip: It would also serve as a very nice bird bath.The Garden Hour plant saucer is perfect for protecting my hardwood floors from plant pot drainage. It's deep enough to hold even the biggest spill and it came with a thick felt pad that covers the full size of the saucer to prevent scratches. I'm going to order another one for another of my large plants. Most are only 2 inc . this one is super deep. Hold alot of water and look amazing .
